Here’s How it Works:
New to meQuilibrium:
- 1. Take the meQuilibrium Stress Assessment.
- 2. Complete one skill of you choice. Your skills can be found on your program page.
Existing assessed members (i.e. you already have your meQ Score):
- 1. Download the meQuilibrium mobile app
2. Work on your Recommended Activities :
- Week 1 - Start with your favorite and try to do that activity at least one time per week.
Week 2 – pick a 2nd activity from your list – do it at least once
Week 3– pick a 3rd activity from your list – do it at least once
Week 4– pick a 4th activity from your list – do it at least once
Week 5 – pick a 5th activity from your list – do it at least once

How do I know if I met the requirements. Go to your program page and read your messages. Your messages are located on the right side of the program page about half way down the page in an orange box.
