Marketing Operations Manager/Specialist

We’re seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to oversee the marketing technology stack and support the development and optimization of our ABM strategy. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the ability for systems to create consistent and personalized lead experiences. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic startup environment in the resilience/HR space and gain broad experience in the technical and delivery side of marketing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage marketing technology stack including data flow, permissions, and bugs across systems
  • Learn and implement new tools and processes to support with ABM including account engagement, audience segmentation, data quality, and reporting
  • Build and deliver personalized and automated programs, campaigns, and emails
  • Support Marketing Leadership in reporting actionable insights
  • Collaborate on various projects with Sales Operations to improve systems
  • Create marketing and sales documentation and provide trainings
  • Manage system integrity and organization by maintaining marketing templates (landing pages, campaigns, emails), naming conventions, and folders
  • Other marketing operational tasks as necessary

Qualifications:

  • College degree, marketing, business, or communications degree preferred
  • 4-6 years of technical marketing and/or systems administration experience
  • Marketo and Salesforce experience preferred; Marketo Certified Expert certification desirable
  • Candidate ideally has multiple years of experience as an admin of website, marketing automation, ABM, and/or CRM tools
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with proven strengths in time management, execution, and managing competing priorities
  • Ability to learn other software programs
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Excel, and Presentations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
