Are We More Stressed in Summer?

Summertime is for fun—think fewer hours spent in the office and more time wiggling our toes in the sand. But despite the easy-breezy attitude that accompanies this particular season, new data suggests workers are actually more stressed from April to September than during the coldest months of the year.

Digital coaching platform meQuilibrium analyzed its initial assessments of more than 30,000 members over a two-year period, and found that their baseline ability to cope with adversity dipped and their stress levels spiked in the summer months.
