The solution includes a seven-day introductory track to help users incorporate the practice of meditation into their everyday lives and covers topics such as sound, breath, focus and compassion. Each session includes a short introduction podcast, along with the audio meditation ranging in length from three to 10 minutes. meQuilibrium has also developed a robust library of meditations on specific topics, such as sleep, worry, anger, and contentment, that users can select based on their individual needs. These audio meditations range from three to about 15 minutes. Two mindfulness meditation experts guide users through the practices:
