Where Do We Begin? The meQuilibrium experience starts with a personal stress assessment to identify each individual’s sources of stress, how they experience stress, and uncover their baseline ability to cope with adversity. The results are both informative and enlightening, providing the essential self-discovery necessary to start the growth process.

The Assessment Builds a Profile. The confidential and secure results of a user’s meQ Assessment produce a meQ Profile. The meQ Profile exposes stress triggers, lifestyle habits, and the thinking styles that are aggravating stress and negatively impacting work and life. With the meQ Profile is a corresponding meQ Score, which measures the ability to balance the conflicts and demands in life, on a standard scale of 0 to 100. However, unlike an I.Q. score, meQ Scores can increase as users learn new skills and become more resilient.

An Individualized Action Plan. The meQ Profile generates a self-guided learning journey for each user—starting with the area of greatest need. Working at their own pace and systematically building on their successes, users learn new concepts and skills supplemented by other engagements including tips, email, and mobile apps. Users are encouraged to reassess frequently to provide themselves with a sense of their progress and to provide the organization with an aggregated measure of improvement.

Available 24/7/365. Users can access meQuilibrium on computer, tablet, or in the palm of your hand on a mobile phone—help is always at hand. Helpful emails, tips, videos, eBooks, and webinars will assure success and support in every journey to resilience.
