Starting in the provider sector at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and E&Y healthcare consulting, she has been involved in Population Health Management for the last 15 years, as part of Pfizer Health Solutions early Disease Management group, Matrix Medical Network. She was a product leader at Health Dialog, the pioneer in whole person coaching, Predilytics, an information technology company, focused on leveraging advanced analytics to understand consumer behavior, preferences and impact on the healthcare system. Molly has an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Having started his career at IBM, Scott has worked for a variety of successful start-up and growth-stage businesses including Iprax Corp. (acquired), Wave Technologies (acquired), BrightWork, and LRN. Prior to meQuilibrium, Scott was Area Vice President for the Eastern U.S. and Canada for Skillsoft Corporation and was instrumental in Skillsoft's dramatic growth over the past 10+ years. Scott has a proven track record in building high performing sales teams and leading effective go-to-market strategies.
Kevin served as Area VP, Health Plan Markets for Teladoc, Inc., the first and largest telehealth provider in the nation, and was responsible for market development and sales. He served in senior business development, marketing, and sales roles for a number of successful healthcare startup companies including HealthMedia and Miavita. Prior to entering the healthcare market, Kevin held senior management positions in the new media market with Time Warner, Simon & Schuster, and Macromedia (now Adobe).
